Truth and reconciliation
- Support Indigenous gathering spaces for Indigenous learning and cultural gatherings.
- Maintain the Indigenous success coaches in secondary schools to support students in achieving their goals and to improve graduation rates.
Equity and inclusion
- Continue to support personal growth for staff through professional development, training, and mentorship.
- Equitable access to technology (for example: computers, iPads, software, 3D printers).
- Advance and support the recommendations of the DEI and SOGI Advisory Committee.
- Establish protocols to support the district’s DEI policy to include and define forms of oppression, such as racism, sexism, misogyny, and ageism.
